Development of a knowledge-based tool for waste management of prefabricated steel structure projects

Although the construction industry is critical for sustainability goals due to high amount of waste it generates, its management performance still not at desired level. One main reasons this can be attributed lack enough knowledge companies on sources/reasons and waste. The major aim study was develop a knowledge-based tool capturing, storing, disseminating waste-related prefabricated steel projects. developed used estimation, monitoring, minimization all materials during different phases structure projects based data captured from current previous advantage integration processes management, which have been usually considered independently in studies. Moreover, being tool, increase awareness learning ability about management.
